Trailer maker keeps good service in tow

IF THERE were gold medals for top customer service, Rose Trailers would surely be waving from the winner's podium.
Dave Currie highly recommends the small enterprise, in Powys, Wales, after owner Derek Rose saved Dave £25 postage and hand-delivered the part he was seeking. "I bought a second-hand trailer with a damaged wing and called the manufacturer about a new one," explains Dave, from Southampton. "Mr Rose asked me where I live and said he would be in the area next day. We met on the M27 just minutes from my home and he handed over the part. Terrific service."
Derrick says: "It only takes a little extra effort, but it makes all the difference to our clients.'
“I bought a Freighter Deluxe from you a while ago. It has been one of the best pieces of equipment I’ve bought. The Rose Trailers Freighter 600 has been invaluable to Felsted School Duke of Edinburgh's Award unit during the running of expeditions. It helps to keep the minibuses free of baggage, and its lightweight construction makes it easy to manoeuvre onto a tow bar ready for loading up. Thank goodness that the days of using roof racks and ropes are over! It now takes just minutes to pack up and go! No more restless students waiting for departure!
